Upon returning to Australia she continued her studies and teaching full time mostly in Sydney in various environments from yoga studios/gyms/corporate environments to teacher trainings, workshops and retreats. She was the resident yoga teacher for the Sydney Opera House for many years and various other long term corporate clients.
Over the past 18 years she has completed trainings in Yin/Yoga Therapy/Kundalini/Vinyasa and Meditation. She has been on the faculty of teacher trainings and has been an ongoing mentor of the trainees after their completion.

Jo’s interest in yoga started about 10 years ago when a friend dragged her along to an Iyengar yoga class in Jindabyne NSW despite her protests. She has a lot to thank her friend for! Her alignment was shaped, flexibility tested and she was encouraged to get upside down with inversions.
Jo moved to the Gold Coast in 2015 and found Vinyasa, a style to which she realized was very much her. Her love for yoga rapidly grew and she completed her Level 1 with My Health Yoga in 2017. Picking up covers and soon permanent yoga teachings but she yearned for more and knew that yoga was much more than asanas. Jo gained Yin teacher training in 2018, also with My Health Yoga.
Her favorite yoga style is now Vin-Yin, a perfect combination of both Vinyasa and Yin yoga. She also regularly attend hot yoga as part of her personal practice, loving the kick it gives her and her yogi needs. She’s currently undertaking Level 2 teacher training and exploring where this takes her. Jo teach regularly at night and weekends whilst working a daily office job.
Yoga is her passion and now forever part of her lifestyle.
Agota embarked on her transformative yoga journey 10 years ago, seeking solace during a challenging period in her life. Yoga quickly became the anchor, grounding her in the present moment and becoming a foundational practice for life.
She graduated from university with a nursing diploma, which was so helpful in learning about the intricacies of the body and health. However, her studies also revealed the limitations of the current health system, motivating her to explore holistic approaches to well-being. Driven by a passion for helping people, Agota found yoga to be the perfect practice, addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental aspects and leading to profound transformations in those who practice.
With an extensive 600-hour training in yoga, meditation, and relaxation, Agota is currently deepening her knowledge at the Health Institute Australia - Yoga and Ayurveda School, aspiring to complete a 1200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Her teachings draw from an ancient Ramakrishna lineage, enriched by the profound guidance of Master Teacher Shanti, who dedicated her entire life to the art of yoga.
Agota's yoga classes are a harmonious blend of Hatha and Vinyasa flow, enriched with essential elements of breathwork practices, meditation, and relaxation. Rooted in deep healing, these classes offer a transformative experience, providing a nourishing space for students to thrive. Her personal life's mission revolves around helping people to be at peace - within themselves, their lives, and with the world around. She believes that true joyfulness, stillness, and inner bliss are available to anyone.
Join Agota on a journey to holistic well-being, where breath, movement, and mindfulness join to create a profoundly healing yoga experience.

Qing started her first yoga class in 2006 as a uni student. She enrolled in 200-hour teacher training with INSPYA Yoga in 2015, with no intention to be a yoga teacher at the time. Her craving for a greater knowledge of yoga’s wisdom brought her back to the INSPYA team, first as an assistant teacher then a translator for the teacher training.
Qing has been an academic, a technical writer, and a school teacher, yet she noticed herself teaching yoga throughout her varied careers. With a heart bursting with joy and love for yoga, she shared this transformative practice with those around her. Her family and friends started practicing yoga. Her colleagues joined her in her yoga classes. As she witnessed the remarkable positive transformations in their lives, she began to realize: she was meant to be a yoga teacher.
Yoga gradually became Qing’s way of living, elevating her journey through life. She met her husband Lyndon at Swami’s Yoga Retreat in Sydney. Her Mum was her most devoted student even in her final days, fighting her illness. Qing experienced a remarkably smooth pregnancy and delivery due to her daily practice. Now, her little girl, Inca, joyfully shares in her mother's passion, practicing yoga alongside her.
Qing is eager to bring her knowledge, care, and love to you, accompanying you on your journey to connect with your breath, move with mindful intention, and embrace the beauty of the present moment.
