Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Innerbloom Yoga! We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your yoga class or workshop reservation. This Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines for canceling bookings made through our website. By making a reservation with us, you agree to comply with this policy.

Class/Workshop Cancellation:
1.1 Cancellation Window: You may cancel your reservation without incurring any charges if the cancellation is made 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of the class or workshop.
1.2 Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time of the class or workshop may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
1.3 No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the class or workshop without prior notice, and you do not cancel the reservation within the specified cancellation window, you will be considered a no-show. No-shows may be charged the full class/workshop fee.

How to Cancel:
2.1 Online Cancellation: To cancel your reservation online, log in to your account on our website and navigate to your bookings. Select the class or workshop you wish to cancel and follow the cancellation prompts.

Refunds:
3.1 Refund Eligibility: If you cancel your reservation within the specified cancellation window, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy.
3.2 Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

Rescheduling:
4.1 Class/Workshop Change: If you wish to reschedule your reservation to a different class or workshop, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made within the specified cancellation window.
4.2 Availability: We will do our best to accommodate your rescheduling request, but please note that availability is not guaranteed, especially for popular classes or workshops.

Instructor Cancellations:
5.1 Instructor-Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event that Innerbloom Yoga needs to cancel a scheduled class or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Modifications to the Cancellation Policy:
Innerbloom Yoga reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. The revised version will be effective as of the date of posting on our website.
