WHAT OUR STUDENTS SAY

This yoga studio is such a gem! The space itself is restful and offers a great light-filled view plus a soft, cushiony floor. The classes are so professional; yet welcoming and heartfelt and the teachers so friendly. I canโ€™t recommend Innerbloom more highly (and I have visited many yoga studios). One of the best – genuine and such a high standard .. plus a great, convenient location!

Diverse Classes
We offer a diverse range of yoga classes to suit different preferences and levels. From invigorating Vinyasa flows to gentle Yin and restorative practices, you'll find a class that aligns with your needs and intentions. With small class sizes, you'll enjoy an intimate and supportive environment, allowing for a more personalized experience.

Each style offers its unique benefits and appeals to different individuals based on their preferences, goals, and physical abilities. It's important to explore and find the type of yoga that resonates with you and supports your overall well-being.

Vinyasa/Flow Yoga:

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style that synchronizes movement with breath. It is often referred to as "flow" yoga. In Vinyasa classes, practitioners transition smoothly from one pose to another, creating a continuous and fluid sequence. It can be physically challenging, as it builds strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Vinyasa classes may vary in intensity and speed, making it suitable for practitioners of different levels.

Hatha Yoga:

Hatha yoga is a traditional and balanced style that focuses on holding poses with awareness and intention. In Hatha classes, practitioners move at a slower pace, allowing time to explore proper alignment, breathing, and stability in each posture. This practice helps build strength, flexibility, and body awareness while calming the mind. Hatha yoga is suitable for all levels and is an excellent foundation for developing a steady and mindful practice.

Yin Yoga:

Yin yoga is a gentle and passive style that focuses on long-held poses to target the deep connective tissues of the body. In Yin classes, practitioners hold seated or reclining poses for an extended period, typically 3 to 5 minutes or more. This slow-paced practice helps improve flexibility, release tension, and cultivate mindfulness. It is a great complement to more active and yang styles of yoga.

Pilates Mat:

Pilates Mat is a low-impact, strength-based practice that focuses on core stability, posture, and controlled movement. In Pilates Mat classes, exercises are performed on the mat using body weight and precise, intentional movements coordinated with breath. This practice helps improve strength, mobility, balance, and muscular endurance, while supporting injury prevention and overall body alignment. Pilates Mat is suitable for all levels and can be adapted to different abilities and needs.

Stretch:

Stretch is a gentle and accessible class focused on releasing tension and improving overall mobility. Through slow, intentional stretches and mindful breathing, practitioners are guided to lengthen the muscles, increase flexibility, and restore ease in the body. This class helps reduce stiffness, improve range of motion, and support recovery from daily activities or more intense workouts. Stretch is suitable for all levels and is ideal for anyone looking to move with softness and feel more open and relaxed.
